The TAC is made up of local and regional researchers and environmental managers with expertise and knowledge of the Sarasota Bay estuarine system. The TAC initiates technical studies, assists SBEP with restoration and management plans for the Bay and its resources, and reviews projects put forth by the CAC for scientific merit.
