Born in 1986 in Bradenton, Victoria Miller was adopted by Mike and Georgia Miller who raised her in Venice. Victoria attended the University of South Florida and received a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art. While attending college, Victoria was able to travel to Paris and Venice where she studied various cultures and artists. Victoria completed her BFA show at the West Tampa Center for the Arts in 2009. Working through pre-adoption drug abuse from her birth parents, she created a series of oil paintings that provided art-therapy for her and received similar feedback from viewers. Victoria worked through issues to understand how birth parents could choose drug addiction over the love and welfare of their own children. In 2009, Victoria returned to Venice where she has started a career in Fine Art and currently owns and operates Studio V Gallery.
