Renee was born in the United Kingdom and she has pursued her passion for art throughout her life. She studied art at Lancaster University and eventually became an art assessor and examiner for a state examination board. In 2001, Renee obtained a Diploma in Chinese Brush Stroke Painting from Nan Yang Academy of Fine Art in Singapore. She completed additional studies in Taiwan at the Ming Dao University. In 2010, Renee taught the Chinese brush stroke technique at Ringling College of Art and Design. The Sarasota resident has lived in Asia for more than 15 years. Learn more atwww.ren-ahchineseart.com.
